David Kocsis

is the owner and operator of Redeemed Air and HVAC LLC. This is a local family owned business dedicated to providing affordable HVAC solutions for residential and commercial customers. Being a Christian based company we just want to help people with the utmost integrity.

David, has been in the Electrical and HVAC industries for over 15 years. He started out as an Electrical Apprentice, wiring new construction buildings. From there, David worked and led sales operations for the largest HVAC Manufacturer, Carrier, for over 8 years. 

He, was responsible for the local Tampa Bay HUB store, which produced over $100M annually. David then diversified his experience by becoming the Director of Operations, for a reputable Authorized HVAC dealer. He led teams of service technicians, sales, installers, and mechanics. He was responsible for helping customers and making sure that jobs were done with expertise and quality. 

David Kocsis went on to obtain his Air Conditioning class B HVAC certification. David, is a family man and launched Redeemed Air and HVAC. He is an outstanding member of society and loves to serve the Tampa Bay Community. He serves at the local food pantry of Tampa Bay Harvest. David is a loving husband and father of two beautiful girls. His Main Motto is, “The way you want others to treat you is how you should treat everyone else.” Luke 6:31

You want to keep this condensate drain line free from clogs. Cleaning this drain line once a month will reduce the system in any freeze up or fail in its operation. To do this, you will detach the line and pour in a cup of white vinegar. This will help prevent any sludge build up in the line.
